Do employees need paid ChatGPT accounts?
Not for the training. For real company data, use a business plan your IT team has approved, because data handling differs between personal and business accounts.
Is ChatGPT better than Claude, Gemini or Copilot?
Each has strengths. If your company already runs on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Copilot or Gemini may fit better. We can compare the tools on your tasks.
Can you train non-technical staff?
Yes. Most participants come from finance, HR, sales and admin, not IT.
How long is the workshop?
One day for most teams, or two half-days. A follow-up session after two weeks helps teams fix what did not work.
